Q. Will our clients’ confidentiality and privacy be respected? Your clients are YOUR clients. We don’t wish to, and can’t access those names. You’ll see from the way MHO has been designed, it is YOUR logo that takes prime position when your client accesses the materials. When they log in, they’ll be using YOUR password and user code. At no time will we know who they are. We’ll report to you on the ‘activity’ by your client base, but these are merely statistics. The only time we’d communicate with a client is when they actively choose to approach us for a ‘Quick Critique’, or for a higher level of consulting, or to purchase a Results Corporation program.
Q. How will we know what is being said in this material to our clients?
This is a critically important question. Firstly, we are totally committed to delivering purely marketing content, not financial services, or accounting services or legal services or insurance services. Furthermore, you’ll have full access to all of the material in advance, and you are free to review it (and use it) at any time. Our entire purpose is to enhance your practice in the eyes of your clients, not to compete with you.
Q. Who owns the copyright on this material?
All of the material provided through this program will be either owned by Chris Newton and his Results Corporation group of companies, or will be included with the express permission of the copyright holders. Your clients are welcome to freely adapt from this material for their own businesses. They will not be entitled to pass it on to a third party who is not a subscriber client of yours as the sponsoring firm. This is strongly noted on the Entrepreneur Library front page.
Q. What about clients who don’t have the ‘bandwidth’ to access the multimedia elements of the Entrepreneur Library?
The entire MHO program has been designed for ease of access and simplicity. Of course, any multimedia presentation via the Internet requires a minimum ‘bandwidth’ capability. It is suggested that if you know of particular clients who don’t have the computer capabilities to access this service, you might choose to leave them out of the initial ‘intake’, until you know they have the required technology to do so. At that point, they can be introduced to the service, and will start right at the start, with Segment #1 of MARKETING MENTOR. In other words, they won’t miss out.
Q. Who will field any technical problems?
Again, if clients have a reasonable business computer set-up, they are highly unlikely to encounter any technical problems, anymore than the short time for ‘buffering’ they’d experience looking at videos on ‘YOU TUBE’. However, should they have any difficulties, the site will direct them to our technical people, not to you.
Q. What about Year 2 and beyond?
The MHO service is here for the long term. The content will continue to be refreshed, updated and expanded each month, and the MARKETING MENTOR segments will continue past the first 12 months. They will become progressively more ‘advanced’ in the concepts discussed. Bear in mind, new clients who join late will always receive MONTH ONE, and go through the course progressively.
Q. What about the USER NAME and PASSWORD?
These will be issued to you at ‘firm level’, and you simply include those in your introductory email to your nominated business clients. They will require the User Name and Password to access the Entrepreneur Library. Passwords can be changed from time to time if required, but as this is an ‘inclusive’ service for your clients, that will happen rarely.
